The corrupt World Health Organization (WHO) — which is heavily influenced by Communist China — is preparing a global Pandemic Treaty to come into effect by 2024.
Much sooner than that are proposed changes to the International Health Regulations (IHR). The changes to those regulations are set to be made at the United Nations World Health Assembly this month (May 2022).
The IHR changes will undermine national sovereignty by:
Giving the Director General of the WHO power to declare a pandemic within a country or a particular region, even if a country objects to that declaration.
Introducing a compliance mechanism whereby the WHO can penalise countries that object to its rules for handling a pandemic. Such rules could include lockdowns, forced vaccinations and other authoritarian measures.
Bringing in a 48-hour deadline for nations to respond to a WHO risk assessment and accept a WHO request to enter the country. It remains unclear what happens if a nation refuses the request.
The Pandemic Treaty will also undermine nation sovereignty and freedom. It has been described by commentators as “the single, greatest global power grab that any of us has seen in our lifetime” which lays “the groundwork… for global governance through the WHO.”
